During my recent stay at Hotel Doenmez, I found it to strike a fair balance between value and comfort. While the accommodations aren't brand new, they offer a clean and central location-just a two-minute walk from the river and town center. The friendly staff, especially Uğur Bey and Muesser Hanim, created a welcoming atmosphere that made up for any minor wear in the rooms. We enjoyed the seasonal outdoor pool and the basic Turkish breakfast fit for our budget. Housekeeping was available upon request, and we felt secure without a room safe since the reception provided options for our belongings. The roof terrace provided a great spot for relaxation. Hotel Doenmez is a solid choice for travelers seeking affordability and a hint of local culture amidst their adventures in Turkey.
